Next booking date
At Prestige Wedding Fairs we like to give everyone an equal chance to book our events. As competition for photography is so fierce, stands sell very quickly – usually within a couple of hours of releasing the forms.
To make allocation of the stands completely fair we have devised the following
Photographers’ Booking System
- Each photographer will have the chance to book up to a maximum of 4 fairs.
- A few weeks before the booking forms are released all photographers on our database will receive an email giving the date and time the form will be online.
- On the given date the booking form will be posted on our website.
- Please complete the form and submit to us, ticking the fairs you wish to attend ticked.
- Stands will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis in the order that we receive the submitted forms.
- By then end of the same day, we’ll inform you by email which fairs you have successfully booked and how much is payable.
- You will have 7 days to make payment by BACs or cheque.
- No reminders will be sent. If we do not have your payment within 7 days the space will be given to the next person on the waiting list.
- Once all stands are allocated we replace the booking form with a ‘sold out’ notice.
We hope that this photographers’ booking system will prove a hassle free way to book our fairs and ask you to be patient while we sort out allocation of spaces. Please do not ring or email to find out whether you have been successful in booking as this could slow down the process of allocation.
